We are currently involved in building distilleries which includes the fabrication of pot stills, condensers and spirit safes. Our process is unique as we fabricate most of the stainless vessels on site.
Distilleries where Assan Engineering was involved include Cooley Distilleries (Cooley Peninsula), Irish Distillers (Dublin), Great Northern Distillery (Dundalk), Achill Island Distillery (turnkey project).
